We encourage you to arrive in good time to avoid queue at the registration desk and to settle-in and relax with breakfast and a great cup of coffee.

 

Parking
At Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, a huge video-monitored car park is available for all guests. The car park is patrolled by the independent carpark company ONEPARK and has direct access to the hotel through the basement.

Registration and information desk

On the morning of 7 March, you will receive an e-mail with your ticket for the conference. The e-mail contains a QR-code that you need to scan at the registration desk upon your arrival to receive your access badge. On your badge, there will be a QR-code containing your details. By allowing the partners at the conference to scan your badge, you share your details with them.
