Digital Maturity - A matter of survival

Today’s differentiating value proposition will change into a necessity. To leapfrog ahead in Digital Maturity, companies need to focus on their digital portfolio leading to new business models, while simultaneously follow suit with their process model. Since there is no ‘one fits all’ approach, each company has to find its individual digital recipe.
The question is, how to turn this into your reality? What steps do you need to take, what key takeaways are essential, keeping in mind your company’s digital maturity level.

The Deloitte Digital Maturity Index (DMI) – jointly developed by Deloitte and the University of Duisburg-Essen – marks the starting point of your digital transformation. The Deloitte DMI is the result of a standardized approach, in which we benchmark companies against their peer group to derive an individual digital maturity level. The results show clear success factors like customer centric value chains, digital scorecards and a clear roadmap, integrated IT architecture and us of data analytics as well as agile organization structures.

We work with CxOs of leading organizations to driving their digital vision into action, translating the ‘art of the possible’ into lasting business impact. In this workshop we will provide a full-fledge picture about your digital maturity and identify concrete fields of action you need to take along your digital journey. Ultimately, you will become a Digital Champion that combines consistent digital strategy with operational excellence to achieve a significant competitive advantage.
